She trained as a Magic Circle solicitor specialising in employment law, then moved into people leadership as Head of People at WeShape. She is CIPD Level 5 qualified.
In 2025 she was named Diversity and Inclusion Champion of the Year at the Women in BusinessGreen Awards.
