How we manage our own environmental impact alongside the emissions our schemes help avoid.

Our purpose
Our business exists to make clean technology the obvious choice for UK employers and their people. We hold ourselves to the same standard we ask of others and manage our own footprint accordingly.
Our commitments
- Measure our operational emissions and reduce them year on year.
- Prefer renewable energy, low-carbon travel and electric vehicles for our own operations.
- Reduce waste, reuse and recycle equipment, and avoid single-use materials in our offices.
- Choose suppliers who can evidence their own environmental commitments.
- Comply with environmental legislation as a minimum, not as a target.
Our schemes
The largest environmental effect we have is through the schemes we run: electric cars, charging, solar, heat pumps and the net zero home. We track the emissions those schemes help avoid and publish the results in our annual impact report.
Governance and review
Responsibility for this policy sits with the board. We review it annually, alongside our impact reporting, and update our targets as our business and the available data change.
