Andrew co-founded Funding Circle in 2009, the UK marketplace lender that opened up small business finance and listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2018. He hired his own replacement and stepped back from the operational role in 2016.
Before Funding Circle he worked at Citi, Nomura and Ernst and Young. He now invests in and supports early stage technology businesses, and holds trustee and governor roles in education.
On the board he brings the experience of scaling a regulated financial marketplace from launch to public markets, which maps closely onto the funding and credit mechanics behind salary sacrifice.
