Our business and supply chain

We provide salary sacrifice employee benefit schemes in the United Kingdom. Our supply chain includes vehicle and equipment suppliers, funders and leasing partners, installers, technology providers and professional services firms.

Policies and due diligence

• Supplier onboarding checks that consider labour practices as well as commercial and financial standing.
• Contract terms that require suppliers to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and to pass equivalent obligations down their own supply chain.
• A whistleblowing route that allows anyone to raise a concern without fear of detriment.
• Recruitment through reputable channels, with right-to-work checks for everyone we employ.

Training and awareness

Colleagues in roles that deal with suppliers and recruitment receive guidance on identifying and reporting the signs of modern slavery, and know how to escalate a concern.

Assessing effectiveness

We monitor supplier checks completed, concerns raised through our reporting routes and any issues identified during contract reviews, and we use those findings to strengthen our controls.

This statement is made in respect of the current financial year and is reviewed and approved annually by the board.
